The black can is Nuprol's heaviest-hitting gas, designed to push reliable cycling even as temperatures fall away. Where standard green gas loses pressure and starts short-stroking in winter, the 4.0 keeps the action working.
That power comes from high internal pressure, so this is a gas for sturdy, full-metal gas guns specifically rated for it rather than a general-purpose choice.
