BBs are the cheapest thing that determines whether your rifle shoots well. Weight, polish, and consistency matter more than the price-per-thousand.

Every BB on this site measures 5.95mm in diameter and is polished to a seam-free finish — that's the baseline for any BB that's going to feed reliably through a modern hop-up. Below that baseline you get jamming, hop wobble, and lost shots. Above it, what changes is weight, material, and whether the BB glows.

Weight is the biggest variable. Lighter BBs (0.20g, 0.25g) suit high-ROF speedsoft and indoor CQB at lower joules. Mid-weights (0.28g, 0.30g) are the all-rounder for AEG skirmish and most HPA setups. Heavier BBs (0.32g, 0.36g, 0.40g, 0.43g) are for DMR, sniper, and HPA platforms tuned for longer range — they shed energy more slowly past 40 metres but need a hop-up and inner barrel matched to the weight. Material matters at outdoor sites — most UK outdoor sites require biodegradable BBs. Bio BBs are PLA-based and break down in soil over months rather than persisting. Non-bio BBs are fine for indoor sites. Tracer BBs have a phosphorescent core that glows after passing through a tracer unit — green is standard, red is available in some Nuprol RZR lines. They're a night-game requirement and a daytime indoor luxury.
