Hi-Capa 3.8”

The compact length of the Hi-Capa family. 3.8" outer barrel, sub-second draw time, designed to disappear on a battle belt and reappear faster than anything else in the family.

The 3.8" Hi-Capa is the carry-length variant — shortest barrel, lightest weight, smallest holster footprint. In real-steel terms it's the equivalent of a sub-compact concealed carry pistol. In airsoft terms, it's the sidearm speedsoft players reach for when the secondary needs to be drawn at the same speed as a magazine change.

Where the 3.8" outperforms the longer Hi-Capas: draw speed, recoil management on rapid double-taps (the shorter slide reciprocates faster), and weight on the rig over a full game day. Where it gives ground: sight radius is shortest of the four lengths, which marginally reduces aimed-shot precision past 15 metres. For the role most 3.8" buyers want it for — a fast secondary backing up an HPA or AEG primary in CQB — that trade-off is the right way round.

For a holster that fits the 3.8", see Holsters; for spare magazines, Pistol Magazines; for parts and upgrades specific to the platform, Hi-Capa Parts.

💡 Titan Forge tip: A 3.8" Hi-Capa runs noticeably longer than the longer variants in cold weather because the smaller slide has less mass to cycle. If you've had a 5.1" struggle on a December game day, the 3.8" will keep cycling longer before gas pressure becomes the limiting factor.
