HPA Tech Service — Installation, Tuning & Repairs

Titan Forge Airsoft offers HPA fitting, setup, and servicing at our workshop co-located with Skirmish Wycombe in High Wycombe. Our tech team runs HPA systems ourselves on game days — we work on the same platforms we sell, which means we know them properly rather than just following a manual.

We offer both walk-in service at Skirmish Wycombe on game days and a postal send-in service for customers across the UK who can’t get to us in person.


Services available

HPA engine installation

Drop-in installation of Wolverine INFERNO Gen2 and XTS engines into V2 M4 AEG gearboxes. We fit, test, and chrono the rifle to your specified joule limit before returning it. We handle nozzle selection, hop-up compatibility checks, and initial PSI tuning as part of the service.

BLINC Bluetooth FCU setup

Installation of the Wolverine BLINC or BLINC + Bifrost BT control board into MTW and Article Series platforms. Includes full Bluetooth programming via the Wolverine app — fire modes assigned to selector positions, ROF set, Auto-Tune run to optimise dwell for your PSI and BB weight. We send back the rifle ready to play with settings configured to your requirements.

PSI tuning and chronographing

If you have an existing HPA setup that’s not hitting your site’s joule limit correctly, or you’ve changed BB weight and need to re-tune, we can chrono and adjust your PSI and dwell settings to hit a specific target. Useful before major events or when moving between sites with different limits.

Wolverine MTW and Article Series servicing

Full strip, inspection, and service of Wolverine MTW and Heretic Labs Article Series platforms. Includes solenoid inspection, O-ring checks, nozzle and hop-up inspection, and test firing. We identify any wear components and advise before replacing — no unnecessary parts.

General HPA repairs

Leaks, inconsistent FPS, feeding issues, solenoid faults, trigger response problems. If your HPA system isn’t performing correctly, send it in and we’ll diagnose and advise. We’ll confirm the fault and the cost to fix before doing any paid work.

Vanguard Speedloader repairs

As the exclusive UK authorised repair centre for Vanguard Speedloaders, we handle all MK2 and Pro servicing and repairs. If your Vanguard unit has stopped working or is performing incorrectly, contact us to arrange a repair.


How to book

Walk-in at Skirmish Wycombe

We’re on-site at Skirmish Wycombe Airsoft (Fryers Farm Lane, Lane End, High Wycombe, HP14 3NP) on game days. If you want to drop your rifle in for service, contact us first to confirm we have capacity on your intended game day. Contact us here or call 01494 911990.

Postal send-in (UK-wide)

For customers who can’t get to High Wycombe, we accept postal send-ins from anywhere in the UK.

  1. Contact us first — describe the work needed or the fault. We’ll confirm we can help and give you a quote or estimate. Contact us here or email sales@titanforgeairsoft.com
  2. Package your rifle securely — we recommend a hard case or original box with padding. Remove the HPA tank before shipping — tanks cannot be sent by courier. Send the rifle body only with the engine in place
  3. Use a tracked service — we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked courier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us
  4. We’ll confirm receipt and turnaround time — typically 3–7 working days depending on workload. We’ll contact you before doing any work that exceeds the agreed quote
  5. We return via tracked courier — return shipping cost is added to the service invoice

Q: How much does a service cost?

Pricing depends on the work required. Contact us with a description of what you need and we’ll give you a clear quote or estimate. We don’t charge for diagnosis — we confirm the issue and cost before doing any paid repair work.

Q: Do I need to buy the engine from you for you to install it?

No — we’ll install customer-supplied engines. However, if you’re purchasing a Wolverine INFERNO, XTS, or BLINC FCU from us at the same time as booking a fitting, we can often combine the purchase and fitting into one efficient job.

Q: Can you service any AEG or only Wolverine/MTW platforms?

Our speciality is HPA — Wolverine MTW, Article Series, INFERNO conversions. We don’t offer general AEG gearbox servicing or repairs on non-HPA platforms as standard.

Q: How long does a postal send-in take?

Typically 3–7 working days from receipt, depending on our current workload. We’ll give you an honest estimate when you contact us and keep you updated throughout.

Q: Can you tune my rifle to a specific site’s joule limit?

Yes — tell us your site’s joule limit and the BB weight you use. We’ll chrono and adjust PSI and dwell to hit the target and confirm the setting before returning the rifle.
