3D Prints

Parts the supply chain doesn't make. Discontinued spares, niche adapters, holster inserts, and the small custom parts that bridge gaps in the official catalogue.

3D printing has quietly become an essential category in airsoft because the official supply chain doesn't make everything. Older rifles need spare parts that the manufacturer stopped producing five years ago. A specific holster needs an insert that fits a specific pistol with a red dot mount that nobody anticipated. A magazine pouch needs an adapter to fit a non-standard mag profile. Where the official catalogue stops, 3D printing starts — and at the prices we can offer, custom-printed parts are often cheaper than the OEM equivalents would be if they still existed.

What lives in this collection: magazine adapters for running M4 mags in non-M4 rifles (a common need for HPA conversions), holster shells and inserts for pistols with optic-cut slides or extended controls, tactical accessories like quick-detach adapters, panel inserts, and rail covers, discontinued part replacements for older platforms still in service, and Titan Forge in-house designs for problems we've solved for customers in the shop and decided to make available more widely.

Two practical notes. First: 3D-printed parts are typically PETG or PLA-based plastics, which are durable enough for most airsoft applications but won't match injection-moulded ABS or aluminium for impact resistance. Use them where appropriate (cosmetic, low-stress, internal components) and stick to OEM for high-stress parts (gearbox internals, structural components). Second: print times mean some items are made-to-order rather than ex-stock — lead times are noted on individual listings. For OEM-grade spare parts, see the dedicated collection.

💡 Titan Forge tip: If you need a 3D-printed part we don't currently list, ask. Some of our most-sold custom prints came from a customer walking into the shop with a problem we'd never seen before. If you've got a specific compatibility gap or worn-out part you can't source elsewhere, call us on 01494 911990 — there's a good chance we can print or commission what you need.
