Stock location matters. Items held at the shop in Lane End ship per the schedule above. Items held at the warehouse may take 1–2 additional working days to dispatch. Not sure which applies to your order? WhatsApp us with the product name and we'll confirm before you order. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands may take an additional 1–2 working days regardless of stock location. UKARA-required RIFs without UKARA at checkout add 1+ working day for verification — see below.

UKARA verification — RIFs & pistols

UK law requires us to verify your defence before shipping any realistic imitation firearm (RIF). Two paths — fastest if you add your UKARA when you order.

Add UKARA at checkout

Enter your UKARA number (or accepted defence) in the notes field when you order. We check it against the register and dispatch with no extra delay — same schedule as any other order.

Result: ships next dispatch day, no contact required.

⚠ Slower

Order without UKARA

If your order is for a non-two-tone RIF without UKARA details, we'll email you before processing to request your defence. Your order stays on hold until we hear back.

Result: adds at least 1 working day, often more if there's a delay in replying.

Where's my tracking? Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate from dispatch depending on the courier. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 2 working days of your expected dispatch day, contact us — we'll check the order status manually.

When is my dispatch day? +
See the schedule table above for the exact day. In short: we dispatch Tuesday to Friday only — no Monday or weekend dispatches. Orders placed before 2pm Tue–Fri ship the same day (shop-stock items). Orders placed after 2pm, Mon, Sat or Sun all roll to the next dispatch day.
What's the difference between shop-stock and warehouse-stock items? +
Items physically held at the shop in Lane End ship per the schedule above — fast. Items held at the warehouse need to come to us before dispatching, which adds 1–2 working days. Most fast-moving products (BBs, common parts, popular RIFs) are held in shop stock. Specialist or high-value items may be warehouse-only. If you need to know whether your specific item is shop-stock before ordering, WhatsApp us with the product name.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland / Highlands / Channel Islands? +
Yes — but delivery may take 1–2 extra working days and some restricted items (pyrotechnics, certain gas products) can't be shipped to these regions. The checkout will flag any restrictions before you complete payment.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery? +
For rifles (RIFs), the named recipient must sign — the courier will attempt re-delivery the next working day or leave a card for collection at a local pickup point. For smaller parcels, a card will be left if no-one's home. RIFs are never left in safe places or with neighbours.
Can I collect from the shop instead? +
Yes — choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. The schedule table above shows the same-day collection windows for each order day. Orders are ready at Skirmish Wycombe / Titan Forge Airsoft, Fryers Farm Lane, Lane End, High Wycombe HP14 3NP, open Wed–Sun. For UKARA-required rifles, bring valid ID matching the order.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do? +
First check the tracking link in your dispatch email. Couriers consider a parcel lost after 5–10 working days depending on the service. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local sorting office first. Then contact us with your order number — we'll open a claim with the courier on your behalf.
My order is over £150 — why is it showing a delivery cost? +
Exclusions apply to selected items, and oversized items such as large hard cases.
