These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the sale of products by Titan Forge Airsoft ("we", "us", "our") to you. Please read them carefully. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our site or order from us.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

2. Age requirements

Most of what we sell — protective gear, BBs, clothing, spare parts and accessories — has no age restriction. However, you must be 18 or over to buy age-restricted items, which include all airsoft guns (both RIFs and two-tone imitation firearms), pyrotechnics, and any other product the law restricts to adults. It is an offence for us to sell an imitation firearm to anyone under 18, so we may ask for proof of age before supplying these items, and we may cancel and refund where we can't be satisfied you are 18 or over. For RIFs specifically, a valid defence is also required — see section 3.

3. Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs), the law, and how we supply them

This is important, so please read it in full.

  • Under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (VCRA), it is an offence to sell, manufacture or import a realistic imitation firearm (RIF) except to people who fall within a recognised defence (for example, UKARA-registered airsoft skirmishers, and certain other exempt groups).
  • If you order a RIF or pistol, we are legally required to verify a valid defence before we dispatch it. You must provide your UKARA number (or another accepted defence) so we can check it. If we cannot verify a valid defence, we will not dispatch the item, and we will cancel that part of your order and refund you.
  • Two-tone (VCRA-exempt) items — where more than 51% of the surface is a bright colour — do not require a defence and can be bought by anyone aged 18 or over.
  • Providing false information to obtain a RIF is a criminal offence. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect the law is not being met, and to report suspected offences to the authorities.
  • RIFs must be transported concealed in a bag or case and must never be carried or brandished in a public place. How you use and store products after purchase is your responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms overrides your obligations, or ours, under UK law.

4. Your order and when a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract between us is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation (or, for collection, when we confirm the item is ready). If we can't accept your order — for example, an item is out of stock, we can't verify a defence, there's a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud — we'll let you know and refund any payment taken. We may refuse or cancel any order at our reasonable discretion.

5. Prices, errors and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
  • We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but errors can occur. If we spot a genuine pricing or description error before we've accepted your order, we're not obliged to supply at the wrong price — we'll contact you to confirm whether you want to continue at the correct price, or we'll cancel and refund.
  • Payment is taken through our payment providers at checkout. Finance is available through Payl8r, subject to their eligibility checks and terms; your finance agreement is with Payl8r, not us.
  • Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the UK in line with our Shipping/Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we've received payment in full. Certain items (e.g. gas, pyrotechnics) may carry delivery restrictions to some regions, which will be flagged at checkout where possible.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel, return items and obtain refunds — including the 14-day cooling-off period for online orders and your rights for faulty goods — is set out in our Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Goods policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused. Please keep your details accurate and up to date so we can process your orders.

9. Acceptable use of our website

You agree not to use our site: for any unlawful purpose; to break any applicable law or regulation; to transmit viruses or malicious code; to harvest others' personal data; to send spam; or to interfere with the site's security or operation. We may suspend or withdraw access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Our liability to you

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, and because our products are for sport/recreational use:

  • We are not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse of any product, use contrary to the law, use without appropriate safety equipment, or use outside a properly organised and insured airsoft site.
  • We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses (we supply to consumers for private use).
  • Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order, except where the law says otherwise.

You are responsible for using our products safely, legally and responsibly, including wearing appropriate eye/face protection and following site rules.

12. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, courier disruption, extreme weather, supplier failures or supply shortages). We'll let you know and, where relevant, extend delivery times or offer a refund.

13. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to, or use tools from, third parties we don't control (for example, finance, reviews or payment providers). We're not responsible for their content or services; their own terms and policies apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales — though if you live elsewhere in the UK you can bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. If something's gone wrong, please contact us first at sales@titanforgeairsoft.com so we can try to put it right.
