This notice explains how Titan Forge Airsoft ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website, buy from us, or contact us — and the rights you have. We are the "data controller" for this information.

The personal data we collect

  • Contact & order details: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number, and order history.
  • Payment information: handled securely by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers.
  • Account details: login details and preferences, if you create an account.
  • Age & defence verification: where you buy a realistic imitation firearm (RIF), the information needed to confirm you hold a valid defence (e.g. UKARA), as required by law.
  • Finance applications: if you apply for finance through Payl8r, the information needed to process your application.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you've opted in to emails, and how you respond to them.
  • Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser information and cookies when you use our site.

How we use your data, and our lawful basis

  • To process and deliver your orders and provide customer service — to perform our contract with you.
  • To take payment and prevent fraud — our legitimate interest in trading securely, and legal obligations for record-keeping.
  • To verify age and a valid defence before supplying a RIF — to comply with our legal obligations under UK imitation-firearms law.
  • To manage your account — to perform our contract.
  • To send marketing emails and review requests — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To understand and improve how our site is used (analytics/cookies) — with your consent via our cookie banner.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share your data with

We only share what's necessary, with:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform and website host.
  • Payment providers — to process your payments securely.
  • Couriers (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD) — your name and delivery address, to deliver your order.
  • Payl8r — if you apply for finance, they assess your application and may carry out a credit check. Please see Payl8r's own privacy policy for how they use your data.
  • Judge.Me — to send review requests for items you've bought.
  • Our email marketing provider — to send you emails you've opted in to.
  • Authorities or professional advisers — where we're legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers (for example, Shopify) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses — to keep your data protected.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations — generally six years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to our processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (for anything we do on the basis of consent). To exercise any of these, contact us at sales@titanforgeairsoft.com.

Marketing

You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. Opting out won't affect service messages about orders you've already placed.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to make it work, remember your basket, and — with your consent — measure usage and support marketing. You can manage these through our cookie banner and your browser settings.

Children

Our products, particularly RIFs, are intended for adults, and our site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
