Other Pistols

Everything that doesn't fit the main service-pistol patterns. Revolvers, the MK23 SOCOM, AAP-01, FN57, Desert Eagle, and the specialist sidearms that don't have a dedicated collection.

The major service-pistol patterns — Hi-Capa, Glock, SIG, Beretta, 1911 — cover roughly 90% of what most airsoft players carry. This collection is the other 10%. Some are specialist roles (the Action Army AAP-01 is a duty pistol that converts to a carbine with a kit; the Tokyo Marui MK23 is the suppressed SOCOM pistol with NV laser). Some are platform oddities (the Tokyo Marui Desert Eagle .50 is the airsoft version of the most cinematic handgun ever made; revolvers are the wheel-gun option for cowboys and milsim impressions that need one). Some are modern designs that haven't yet built up the demand for a dedicated collection (FN57, H&K USP, Walther PPK).

Where each of these fits. The AAP-01 is increasingly popular for budget-conscious players wanting Glock-style ergonomics with serious aftermarket depth and a path to carbine conversion via a Kit Box — it's the closest thing to a modular pistol platform in airsoft. The MK23 SOCOM is the suppressed-pistol benchmark, used by US SOCOM units and carried by milsim players running tier-one impressions. Revolvers (Dan Wesson, Tanaka) fill the cowboy-and-collector niche. The Desert Eagle is, frankly, mostly bought because it looks like a Desert Eagle.

For most players starting out, none of these are the right first pistol. Start with a Hi-Capa, Glock, or 1911 where the aftermarket and holster ecosystem is mature. Then add something from this collection once you know what specialist role you actually want filled — second-pistol territory rather than first-pistol territory. The exception is the AAP-01, which is a perfectly reasonable first pistol if Glock ergonomics suit you and you want the carbine-conversion option later. AAP-01 parts and upgrades are in AAP Parts.

💡 Titan Forge tip: If you've watched too many Desert Eagle scenes in films and want one because of that — go ahead and buy it. The Tokyo Marui Desert Eagle is a perfectly competent airsoft pistol, the cinematic factor is part of what you're paying for, and you'll enjoy owning it. Don't overthink it.
