PolarStar — the HPA engine pioneer, and the platform that proved compressed air could run an AEG. Drop-in engines that replace a gearbox entirely, from the F2 to the mechanical Kythera.

PolarStar were converting AEGs to run on air before most of the hobby had heard of HPA, and their poppet-valve engines are still a benchmark for tunability. The F2 and Fusion Engine swap a V2 or V3 gearbox for an electronically controlled air system, the JACK offers a simpler conversion, and the Kythera brings a mechanical HPA engine for players who want air power without the electronics. The Modular Regulator System feeds any of them a clean, adjustable supply.
