PolarStar Regulator Gauge — because the first thing to break on a regulator is the gauge. 0–220 PSI, 25mm face.

Gauges live on the outside of the regulator, which is exactly where a rifle gets dropped, leaned against things and thrown into a car boot. A cracked gauge is one of the most common HPA repairs there is, and one of the least serious — provided you can get the part.

Running without one is worse than it sounds. The gauge is how you know what pressure the engine is actually receiving, which is how you stay inside your site limit. Guessing is not a strategy when a marshal is holding a chronograph.

This is the 0–220 PSI replacement with a 25mm face, covering the working range of standard airsoft HPA setups.

Good to know before you buy

Check the thread and face size against your existing gauge before ordering — regulators vary between manufacturers even where the pressure range matches.

Always depressurise the system fully before removing a gauge. If you are unsure, bring it to us.

Frequently asked questions

Will it fit my regulator?
It is the PolarStar replacement at 0–220 PSI with a 25mm face. Check thread and size against yours, or send us a photo and we will confirm.

Can I run without a gauge?
You can, but you should not. It is how you know the pressure reaching your engine, and therefore how you stay inside your site limit.

Is it hard to replace?
No, but the system must be fully depressurised first. We are happy to do it if you would rather not.

Why do they break so often?
They sit on the outside of the regulator and take every knock the gun does. It is the most exposed part of an HPA setup.

Running HPA: always feed an engine through a secondary regulator and never connect it directly to a tank output. Check the rated pressure before setting a regulator, and chronograph to your site limit before playing.
💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: see our regulator range. We are an HPA tech centre and fit, tune and chronograph these in the workshop, or message us on WhatsApp.
