Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within the UK is handled by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS or DPD, depending on the service speed selected and your location.

When we dispatch

We process orders every day. How quickly your order leaves us depends on where the stock is held:

Items held at the shop are dispatched from Lane End on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed before 1pm on a dispatch day go out the same day; orders placed after 1pm go out on the next dispatch day. We are closed Monday and Tuesday, so orders placed from Friday afternoon through to Tuesday are dispatched on the following Wednesday.

Items held at our warehouse are sent directly to you rather than coming to the shop first. They are not tied to the shop's dispatch days, but typically take 1–2 additional working days. If you are not sure which applies to your order, message us before you buy and we will confirm.

Estimated Delivery Date

All orders include an estimated delivery date, but we do not guarantee next-day delivery. Delivery estimates run from the dispatch day, not the day you order. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs)

RIFs are only dispatched once we have verified a valid defence, such as a UKARA registration. Adding your UKARA number when you order means no verification delay; orders without one are held until we hear back, which adds at least one working day.

Collection from the shop

Choose Local Pickup at checkout to collect from Titan Forge Airsoft, Fryers Farm Lane, Lane End, High Wycombe, HP14 3NP. Items held at the shop are ready to collect the same day you order, during opening hours — Wednesday to Sunday, 10am–4pm. Warehouse items come to the shop first and are ready from the following Wednesday. For UKARA-required rifles, please bring valid ID matching the order.

Free UK Delivery

Free UK Mainland delivery is available on orders over £150*.

*Exclusions apply to air systems, vanguards, selected items, and oversized items such as large hard cases.
