PolarStar BV309A Bullet Valve — one service part covering both the JACK and the F2. Rated to 200 PSI.

The bullet valve is a working component in the air path, cycling under pressure on every shot. Like any valve doing that job, it eventually wears — and when it does the symptoms look alarming: inconsistent velocity, poor air efficiency, or an engine that will not cycle cleanly.

It is a replaceable part, not a terminal fault. Fitting a fresh valve returns an engine to how it behaved when it was new, which is a far better outcome than the diagnosis usually feels like.

Usefully, the BV309A is shared between the JACK and the F2. One part number covers both platforms, which simplifies things considerably if you run or service more than one. Rated to 200 PSI.

Good to know before you buy

Shared across JACK and F2, so one spare covers both if you run either.

Inconsistent velocity or poor efficiency on a previously healthy engine is often a valve rather than a regulator or a leak — worth checking before chasing the problem elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions

Does it really fit both engines?
Yes, the BV309A is shared between the JACK and F2 platforms, which is convenient if you own or service both.

What are the symptoms of a worn valve?
Inconsistent velocity, worse air efficiency than you remember, or an engine that will not cycle cleanly. It is easy to mistake for a regulator problem.

What pressure is it rated to?
200 PSI, which covers normal airsoft HPA operating ranges.

Can you fit it?
Yes, we service JACK and F2 engines in the workshop.

Running HPA: always feed an engine through a secondary regulator and never connect it directly to a tank output. Check the rated pressure before setting a regulator, and chronograph to your site limit before playing.
💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: see the JACK and F2 engines it services. We are an HPA tech centre and fit, tune and chronograph these in the workshop, or message us on WhatsApp.
