PolarStar JACK Nozzles
Dial in correct feeding, air seal, and platform compatibility for your PolarStar JACK engine. PolarStar JACK Nozzles are designed to match specific replica platforms by nozzle length, helping ensure reliable BB feeding, correct hop-up alignment, and consistent performance from your HPA build.
Why Nozzle Selection Matters
Different airsoft platforms – and even different manufacturers making the same platform – can require different nozzle lengths. This is because gearbox shell dimensions, hop-up positioning, and internal tolerances can vary between brands. Using the correct nozzle is essential for proper feeding reliability, air seal, and consistent FPS output.
PolarStar Numbered Nozzle System
PolarStar uses a numbered nozzle system for cylinder conversion engines rather than naming nozzles after a specific rifle model. Once you determine the correct nozzle number for your platform, that number is generally universal across PolarStar engines that use the numbered nozzle system, excluding some model-specific Kythera systems.

Measurement Guidance
PolarStar notes that if your replica is not listed in their compatibility database, nozzle length can be calculated by measuring the original gearbox and nozzle. For JACK centreline nozzles, the formula is:
TIP = F + B - (A/2) - .0875
The measured tip length should be within +/- 0.010" of an existing production nozzle to be considered compatible. If it falls outside that range, a production nozzle may not currently exist for that platform.
