🦾 BLS Precision Ivory BBs — non-bio precision BBs for mid-heavy to very heavy weights. 0.20g (coloured variant), 0.36g, 0.40g, 0.43g, 0.45g, and 0.48g. 1,000 count bag, 1kg bag, and 25kg bulk sack. For DMR and bolt-action sniper platforms. Non-biodegradable.

BLS is a dedicated precision BB manufacturer. Unlike general airsoft distributors who produce BBs as a secondary product, BLS's entire focus is on dimensional accuracy and surface consistency. Every BLS BB is produced to tighter diameter tolerances than most general skirmish BBs — a measurable difference that matters most in GBB pistols, precision AEGs, and high-power sniper platforms where BB inconsistency is a leading cause of accuracy variation.

BLS colour coding — what the BB colour means

BLS uses BB colour to signal the intended use case — not purely for aesthetics. Understanding the colour system makes selecting the right product straightforward:

Colour Weights available Use case
White Standard-to-mid weights: 0.20g, 0.23g, 0.25g, 0.28g, 0.30g, 0.32g General skirmish and upgraded AEG use
Ivory Mid-heavy to very heavy: 0.20g (coloured variant), 0.36g, 0.40g, 0.43g, 0.45g, 0.48g Precision builds, DMR, sniper platforms
Gray Very heavy specialist weights: 0.38g, 0.40g, 0.42g, 0.43g, 0.46g, 0.48g, 0.50g Highest-power sniper platforms, specialist use
Purple / Black 0.20g in distinctive colour Speedsoft, training drills, coaching visibility
Green (Bio Tracer) Bio tracer range: 0.20g, 0.23g, 0.25g, 0.28g, 0.30g, 0.32g Outdoor night events at bio-mandatory sites
BLS Precision non-bio BBs are not biodegradable. Do not use at outdoor sites with a biodegradable BB requirement. BLS do not manufacture a non-bio precision range — for bio-compliant outdoor use, see the BLS Biodegradable range or the RZR/Vorsk bio ranges.

Ivory is BLS's colour code for the mid-heavy to very heavy precision weights — the weights used by DMR platforms and dedicated bolt-action sniper rifles operating at higher power levels. At these weights, BB consistency makes a proportionally larger difference to accuracy than at standard weights: you're engaging targets at greater distances where small diameter variations compound into measurable group size increases.

Three pack formats match the lower volume typical of precision platforms: the 1,000 count bag suits occasional sniper use where one bag covers multiple game days; the 1kg bag is the practical format for regular heavy-weight users; the 25kg bulk sack is for site sniper supply programs. The 0.20g Ivory is the same weight as BLS White 0.20g but in the distinctive ivory colour — used for training drills and speedsoft contexts where coloured BBs aid visibility for coaching purposes.

Weight selection guide

Weight Ideal for Notes
0.20g Indoor CQB, beginners, high-volume, speedsoft Standard play weight — low wind resistance
0.23g Transitional outdoor weight unique to BLS Between 0.20g and 0.25g — suits players who find 0.20g too light outdoors
0.25g General outdoor skirmish — UK standard Best all-round balance for most AEGs
0.28g Upgraded outdoor AEGs Better range and wind resistance
0.30g Longer-range outdoor, well-tuned hop-up For AEGs running 350–380 FPS with quality hop
0.32g DMR, precision builds Needs more hop-up pressure than 0.30g
0.36g+ Sniper and high-power platforms only Not suitable for standard AEGs
💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: 0.36g is the right starting weight for most UK-legal bolt-action platforms. Move to 0.40g if your platform is running higher power and your hop-up is confirmed well-tuned at 0.36g. 0.43g and above are for the most powerful permitted bolt-action rifles. For outdoor bio-mandatory sites at these weights, the Rebel Heavyweight Bio range covers 0.36g–0.43g in bio. Call us on 01494 911990 for weight advice specific to your platform.
