Rebel HPA Micro LiPo 300mAh - a tiny high-discharge pack to run an HPA engine and its control board.

An HPA engine does not need a battery to drive a motor, because there is no motor. What it needs is power for the solenoid and the fire control unit, and that is a completely different job from an AEG pack. Small capacity is fine; fast current delivery is not optional.

This micro pack is built for exactly that. The 300mAh capacity keeps it physically tiny so it tucks into the cramped wiring space of an HPA build, while the 35C discharge rating supplies the sharp bursts of current a trigger board needs for an instant, crisp shot.

It is the standard choice for INFERNO, PULSAR and similar engines running a 7.4V control board.

Good to know before you buy

This powers the electronics, not a motor - it is not an AEG battery and will not run one. Check the voltage window and connector your specific engine or control unit calls for before ordering.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use this in an AEG?
No. It has nowhere near the capacity to drive a motor. It is only for HPA engines and fire control units, where the battery powers the solenoid and the board.

Which engines does it suit?
HPA engines running a 7.4V control board - Wolverine INFERNO, GATE PULSAR, Polarstar Jack & F2 and similar. Always check your engine's stated voltage window first, as exceeding it can damage the unit.

Why does 35C matter on such a small pack?
Because a trigger board draws its current in sharp bursts. A high discharge rating means the pack can deliver those bursts cleanly, which is what gives you a crisp, instant shot.

How long will it last on a game day?
Comfortably, in normal use - the electronics draw very little compared with a motor. Charge it before a game like any other pack and carry a spare if you play long events.

Does it need a special charger?
Any LiPo-capable balance charger will do it. Our compact chargers handle small HPA packs on a lower current setting, which is gentler on a pack this size. Just make sure it has a JST connection.

LiPo care: always balance-charge through the balance lead, inside a charging-safe bag on a non-flammable surface, and never unattended. Avoid over-discharging, store at around 3.8V per cell when idle, and safely retire any swollen pack.
