Hi-Capa Parts

The Hi-Capa has more aftermarket parts than any other airsoft pistol. Frame, slide, barrel, trigger, hammer, sights — every component is swappable, every component has multiple aftermarket options.

The Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa is the most aftermarket-supported airsoft pistol globally. That isn't an accident — TM designed the platform around modular IPSC competition use, where shooters expect to swap components frequently. Two decades later, the parts ecosystem covers everything from £5 spring replacements to £400 race-pistol slide kits. The Hi-Capa Parts collection is the entry point for that aftermarket.

Common purchase categories. Hammer kits and trigger components (CTM, COWCOW, AIP, Edge) for lighter trigger pull and competition-grade reset — the most impactful upgrade for IPSC-style shooting. Aluminium slides in various race-cut, ported, and RMR-prepped designs — lighter slide mass means faster cycling and less recoil-felt. Threaded outer barrels for suppressors and compensators. Frames and frame parts for custom builds. Sight upgrades — fibre-optic front sights, adjustable rear sights, RMR-ready cuts. Internal upgrades: NPAS valves for joule tuning, recoil spring kits, hop chamber upgrades.

Brand reality check. Aftermarket Hi-Capa parts come from a wide range of manufacturers — CTM is the premium speedsoft-orientated brand, COWCOW is the high-end Asian manufacturer for competition parts, AIP covers the mid-tier, Edge for value-end CNC parts, Nova and Prime for cosmetic conversion kits. Quality varies; not all parts fit all Hi-Capa lengths. Always confirm fit for your specific length (3.8" / 4.3" / 5.1" / 7"+) before ordering. For complete pistols see Hi-Capa Series, and for pistol magazines see the dedicated collection.

💡 Titan Forge tip: Hi-Capa upgrades have diminishing returns. The first £50 spent (hammer kit + fibre-optic front sight) transforms the pistol. The next £200 (light slide, RMR mount, compensator) makes it noticeably better. Beyond £300 you're spending money on incremental gains most players can't feel in skirmish use. Identify what role you're building for before committing — competition build vs skirmish sidearm have very different optimal spend points.
