Battery doors break. They are thin, they are hinged, they get opened with a fingernail in the cold and levered with a screwdriver when the fingernail fails, and eventually the catch gives way.
On a Tank Grip that matters more than usual, because the grip is holding both the battery and the air, and a door that will not latch is a door that opens mid-game and puts your battery in the mud.
It is one of the cheapest parts in the range. Owning the spare before the door breaks is the entire trick.
