OG Carbon 10" Fleck Forged Carbon Outer Barrel — the most surface area to show the Fleck pattern. Pink, Green, Blue, or Red. Colour distributed through the forged carbon body. 7075 aluminium end fittings. Made in the UK.

Of the two Fleck outer barrel lengths, the 10" shows the most of the forged carbon surface. More barrel length means more material, and more material means the fleck pattern has more space to read across. On a 7" barrel the colour is present; on a 10" barrel it's a feature. If the visual character of the Fleck carbon is part of why you're buying it, the 10" is the length that makes the most of it.

The 10" also gives you more flexibility for suppressor pairing while keeping the Fleck barrel visible. A short suppressor — the Adaptive 34 or FATBOY Stubby — leaves a meaningful length of barrel exposed. A longer suppressor on a 10" barrel covers less proportionally than it would on a 7". Either way, the Fleck pattern at the receiver end remains part of the visual character of the build.

Structurally, the 10" Fleck is identical to the standard 10" forged carbon outer barrel — the same compression-moulded construction process, the same 7075 aerospace aluminium end fittings, the same direct MTW fitment. The Fleck finish is the material, not a modification to it.

💡 Titan Forge tip: Choosing between Fleck colours: Pink and Green both have high contrast against the dark carbon background and read well at distance. Blue is slightly more subtle. Red can look brown in poor light. If you're unsure, Green is the most consistently visible option across different lighting conditions — and the one that works with the widest range of kit colours.
