Dropping a WRAITH X onto an AEG is one of the tidiest conversions available: the whole air system disappears into the stock and the rifle stops being tethered to a bottle on your belt. What changes from an MTW build is where the air has to travel, because an AEG gearbox takes its feed at a different point.
This kit is the part that bridges that gap. Wrong line, and either it will not reach or it loops awkwardly inside the buffer tube and rubs through against the tube wall.
It is also the spare to own if you have already done the conversion. The line sees more movement on an AEG than it does on an MTW, because the gearbox feed point is less forgiving of a stock being removed and refitted.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need this if my WRAITH X is on an MTW? No. MTW builds use the WRAITH mini airline, which is a different listing.
Does the WRAITH X kit already include it? Kits supplied for AEG use include what they need. This is the replacement, or the part you buy when moving an existing MTW kit onto an AEG.
Will it fit a V3 AK gearbox? Check your feed point before ordering — AEG gearbox families route air differently and we would rather you asked than guessed.
