Compact AEGs such as the ARP-9 and PDW-pattern guns look great but leave almost no space for a decent battery, forcing players into small, short-lived cells. Airtech Studios make moulded extension units that bolt onto specific platforms and create room for a larger battery without spoiling the lines of the gun. It is a model-specific solution rather than a universal one, which is why they make a different part for each platform.
