ZCI — CNC-machined internals for AEG and gas pistol builds. The parts you reach for when a gearbox is being rebuilt properly rather than patched.

ZCI make machined internals for the parts of a gun that wear and fail under load. On the AEG side that means gearsets in three ratios, reinforced pistons and bearing piston heads, ported cylinders, bushings and a full shim set, so a gearbox can be rebuilt and shimmed in one order. For gas pistols they make Hi-Capa housings, nozzles and slide stops, plus GBB inner barrels.

What we stock

CNC gearsets in 14:1, 16:1 and 18:1, high-speed metal-tooth pistons, aluminium piston heads with bearings, 3/4 ported cylinders, 7mm and 8mm bearing bushings, 30-piece shim sets, tappet plates, M4 rotary hop units and air nozzles, Hi-Capa parts and 6.02mm and GBB inner barrels.
