- description
Aluminium is the honest starting point for high pressure air. It is heavier than carbon fibre and it holds less pressure, so you get fewer shots from the same physical size — but it costs a fraction of a carbon bottle, and if you are still working out whether HPA suits the way you play, that is the right trade to make first.
This one arrives as a complete assembly rather than a bare bottle: the first-stage regulator is already fitted, so what you add is a line to the gun and whatever regulator your engine wants downstream. Fill pressure is 3000psi, which is the standard aluminium rating and what every UK field is set up to deliver.
It ships empty, as every compressed air vessel must. Take it to the site and have it filled there the first time, and have them look at the date stamp while they are at it.

Frequently asked questions
Which brand will I get?
Whichever one is in. Bottles at this size and rating are largely the same vessel finished under different names, so we buy on availability rather than on the badge and sell it as what it is. The capacity, the pressure rating and the fitted regulator are what you are buying; the label on the side is not. If you need a specific brand for a team or a club order, ask before you buy.
Is a regulator included?
Yes — the first-stage regulator is already fitted to the bottle. What is not included is the second-stage regulator most HPA engines want between the line and the gun; those are in HPA regulators.
Why is it supplied empty?
Carriers will not take a filled pressure vessel, and nor should they. Your first fill happens at a field or a dive shop with the right compressor.
Aluminium or carbon fibre?
Aluminium is heavier and holds 3000psi; carbon holds more and weighs much less, and costs accordingly. If you are new to HPA, start here and move up when you know you are staying. The alternatives are in HPA tanks.
What else do I need to get running?
A line from the bottle to the gun and the fittings for both ends — HPA lines — plus the regulator your engine specifies. The whole HPA range is listed together.
How many shots will I get from a fill?
It depends entirely on the engine, the pressure you run and the length of your barrel, so any number we gave you would be fiction. A 48ci at 3000psi is a half-day bottle for most setups and a full day for an efficient one.
