Turns an Action Army AAP-01 from a sidearm into a primary. Everything slots together on solid side rails, and all the hardware is supplied.

The AAP-01 is already the most modular gas pistol most people own. This kit takes that as a starting point and builds a full carbine around it, so the gun you were carrying as a backup becomes the one you are shouldering.

Assembly is deliberately simple. The parts slot together and are held by solid side rails, which is what keeps the finished kit structurally sound rather than relying on a single mounting point. Kross supply all the hardware; you provide a screwdriver and your own Allen keys.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a gunsmith? No. It is a slot-together assembly with the hardware included. You will want a screwdriver and a set of Allen keys.

Is it reversible? Kross do not describe any permanent modification to the pistol, so the AAP-01 goes back to standard when the kit comes off.

Are the tools included? The mounting hardware is. The screwdriver and Allen keys are not.
