Most Hi-Capa HPA adapters use M4 AEG magazines, which produce a workable but relatively bulky profile. The AirTac Hi-Capa to MP5 HPA Adapter takes a different approach: it uses the much shorter MP5 AEG magazine format, which produces a significantly more compact setup while still providing a meaningful capacity advantage over standard Hi-Capa gas magazines.
This adapter is built for the TM/WE Hi-Capa, Novritsch SSP1 and SSP5 platforms. The Compact Series designation reflects both the physical design and the intended use case: it's the right adapter for players who want to keep the pistol's profile as compact as possible while gaining HPA consistency. MP5 AEG magazines are widely available, inexpensive, and come in a range of capacities from compact 65-round metal mid-caps to 100+ round mid-caps.
