The AirTac VFC M4/416 HPA Adapter is designed for VFC M4 and 416 GBB rifle platforms — it replaces the gas magazine with an HPA-fed adapter unit, converting the platform from gas blowback operation to HPA-fed consistency. This is a different application to the pistol adapters: in a GBB rifle, the gas magazine feeds both the BB and the blowback mechanism, so converting to HPA affects both the feeding and the blowback behaviour (blowback typically becomes more consistent with HPA).
The adapter uses a drop-in design that requires no permanent modifications to the VFC M4 or 416. Standard M4 AEG magazines are retained for feeding. The adapter integrates optimised airflow components designed to work with the VFC platform's gas route for enhanced performance and consistency over standard GBB gas mags.
