- description
This is not a straight vertical grip. The body is raked forward, which pulls the wrist into a more natural position and lets you load the gun back into your shoulder rather than just hang off the handguard. On a short build that difference is the whole reason to fit a grip at all.
The mount is symmetrical, so it is bi-directional. Fitted forward it works as a thumb-break and a hand index; reversed, the rake gives a near-upright hold for anyone who shoots with a squarer stance. Try both before you torque it down.
It is moulded from a high impact resistance polymer and is heat resistant, which is worth having on a short-barrelled gas gun where the grip sits close to the gas block. Low profile enough to clear a barricade without catching.

Good to know before you buy
M-LOK only. It will not fit a KeyMod handguard or a Picatinny rail without an adapter — the two standards are not interchangeable, and that is the most common mistake when buying handguard furniture.
Fit it where your hand already falls, not as far forward as the rail allows. Most people mount a vertical grip two slots too far out and end up reaching for it.
Pair it with a hand stop behind your grip if you want a hard rear index as well as a front one. The two together bracket your hold without adding much bulk.
Frequently asked questions
Will it fit a KeyMod handguard?
No. It is M-LOK only. KeyMod and M-LOK are different, incompatible slot standards.
Which way round should it go?
Either. The mount is symmetrical. Forward rake gives a thumb-break hold, reversed gives a more upright one — it depends on your stance.
Is it a grip or a hand stop?
A grip. It is tall enough to wrap a hand around, where a hand stop is only a reference point.
Does it need tools?
It mounts with the supplied M-LOK hardware, so a hex key. It is not a tool-free fitting like a rail cover.
Will it get hot on a gas gun?
The polymer is heat resistant, which is the reason to use it over a bare rail on a short barrel.
