The Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk1 was the British and Commonwealth service rifle through the Second World War and beyond, the rifle that armed a generation. Ares' Classic Line recreates it to an exceptional standard, around 95% Grade 304 stainless steel with a QPQ finish and genuine high-quality wood furniture, so it looks and feels like the real thing.

It's a spring-powered bolt-action: you work the bolt for each shot, exactly as you would the original, which makes it reliable, quiet and battery-free. The smooth bolt throw and the weight of the all-steel-and-wood build give it a uniquely authentic shooting experience.

Feeding is handled by an innovative magazine-based system holding around 35 BBs, hidden within the period-correct profile, so you keep the classic looks without constant reloading. An adjustable hop-up lets you tune range and accuracy out to 60 metres and beyond.

What's on the outside

Full wood furniture covers a primarily steel construction, with iron sights, sling loops and a cleaning rod included. It's spring-powered with safe and single fire, feeding from a 35-round magazine.
