CTM Enhanced Nozzle Set, AAP-01/C — a tougher moulding and an adjustable valve, built for the fast cycle. The platform asks more of its nozzle than most pistols do, and this pair answers it.

Run an AAP-01 in burst or full auto for a season and the nozzle is usually the first thing to complain. It is a small polymer part being hammered many times a second, and once it starts to lose its seal you get inconsistent shots long before anything obviously breaks.

This replacement uses an injection-moulded polymer designed around impact resistance rather than cost, and comes with a machined adjustable power valve so the air each cycle receives is something you choose. The kit covers the whole job — nozzle, valve and set screw, a spare short screw, the valve spring and a superalloy pin.

Good to know before you buy

Fits the AAP-01 and the AAP-01C. Both share this nozzle assembly, so one part covers the pair.

If your AAP-01 has been converted to run off a line, the nozzle is still the part doing the work, and a leaking one wastes air just as surely as it wastes gas. Our HPA pistol adaptors pages cover that side of the platform.

Adjusting the valve changes velocity, so re-chronograph before you play. Site limits apply to whatever the gun does on the day, not to how it left the bench.

It will. Both models are listed by the manufacturer, and the nozzle assembly is common to the pair.

What material is the valve, exactly?
The valve is described as CNC-machined aluminium. A precise alloy grade and a weight for the AAP-01 version are not something the manufacturer publishes — ask us and we will check the current packaging before you commit.

Is this the same part as the Hi-Capa version?
No. The two platforms use different nozzle assemblies and the sets are not interchangeable. The Marui Hi-Capa equivalent is a separate item.
