A tired loading nozzle is the quiet cause of a lot of Hi-Capa misbehaviour — soft shots, double feeds, a magazine that empties faster than it should. This set replaces the nozzle itself with an injection-moulded polymer part built for impact resistance, and pairs it with a machined valve that lets you adjust how much air each cycle gets.
Everything needed for the swap is in the box: the nozzle, the adjustable valve with its set screw, a spare short set screw, the valve spring and a superalloy pin. The whole assembly weighs 10g, so nothing about the slide’s timing changes beyond what you deliberately adjust.
It suits two jobs. One is honest maintenance on a gun that has seen a few seasons. The other is getting a sharper, more repeatable gas cycle out of a Hi-Capa you have already started building up.

Good to know before you buy
The valve adjusts velocity, it does not police it. Whatever you set it to, the gun still has to chronograph inside your site’s limit on the day, with the gas and BB weight you intend to shoot.
This is a Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa part. Clone Hi-Capas vary in how closely they follow the original internal dimensions, so treat fitment on a non-Marui frame as something to check rather than assume.
Replacing a nozzle means opening the slide. If you are not comfortable doing that, our tech service can fit it for you.
Frequently asked questions
Will this raise my muzzle energy on its own?
Not by itself. Fitting it restores a proper air seal, and a worn nozzle leaking air will read low, so you may see the figure come back up. The adjustment is what actually moves velocity, and it moves in both directions.
Do I need the 180% nozzle spring as well?
Not to make this work. A stiffer return spring helps if you are shooting fast strings and the nozzle is not resetting in time to pick up the next round — we stock those in our springs range.
Which Hi-Capa lengths does it cover?
The nozzle assembly is common across the Marui Hi-Capa line rather than specific to one barrel length. If you are working on something unusual, ask us before you order.
