This is the baseline route to HPA for a Hi-Capa: a vertical adapter that replaces the gas magazine with an AR/M4 one fed from an external air rig. The reason to bother is consistency. A regulated tank delivers the same pressure shot after shot however cold the morning is, where green gas tails off as the can and the weather cool, and you inherit a rifle magazine's round count into the bargain.
It keeps the magazine hanging straight, which suits open shooting positions and a conventional draw, and there is a keyring slot moulded into the body, handy for tethering a tool or just adding a bit of personalisation.
It is moulded from glass-reinforced nylon with a CNC 6061 aluminium magazine release and fits WE, Armorer Works, Tokyo Marui, KJW and SSP Hi-Capa pistols. It takes PTS Syndicate SpeedQB EPM magazines as well as other AEG M4 mags.
If you reload a lot, the matching CTM CNC magwell drops straight onto this adapter for a faster, funnelled magazine change.
