The AAP-01 empties a magazine quickly, particularly in burst, and the stock capacity starts to feel short the moment you put a selector on the gun. This baseplate extends the magazine to take eight more BBs and hold twelve grams more gas, which addresses both halves of that problem in one part.
Machined from 6061 aluminium at 71.5g, it covers magazines using either the AAP-01/C inlet valve or the WE Glock inlet valve — so it spans two families of magazine rather than one. A 180mm reinforced spring comes with it, sized for the longer body, plus the screw, gasket and washers.

Good to know before you buy
Fitment is decided by the inlet valve, not by the badge on the magazine. If yours uses the AAP-01/C or the WE Glock valve you are covered; if you are unsure which you have, send us a photo of the base.
Use the 180mm spring supplied. A standard spring in an extended body is the classic cause of the last few rounds failing to feed.
The plate is intended to work with the matching magwell, so the pair can be fitted together on the same gun.
A heavier, longer magazine changes the balance of a pistol this small. Most people count that as a fair trade for the rounds, but it is noticeable.
Frequently asked questions
Why does this add eight rounds when the Hi-Capa plate adds four?
Different magazine geometry. The Glock-pattern body this fits has more usable length to work with than a Hi-Capa magazine does.
Will it fit my G-series gas magazine?
If that magazine uses the WE Glock inlet valve, yes. The manufacturer specifies the valve rather than the model, which is the more reliable way to judge it.
Does it work on a magazine feeding an HPA conversion?
The plate is a magazine part and does not care what the gun is running, but an air setup changes what the magazine is being asked to do. Our HPA pistol adaptors section covers that side.
Is any modification needed?
No. The original floorplate comes off and this goes on with the supplied hardware.
