FN designed the P90 around a problem rather than a tradition: vehicle crews and support troops needed something short enough to carry in a cab but still effective past pistol range. The answer was to move everything behind the trigger hand, and the shape that came out of it is unmistakable thirty years later.
Two things follow from that layout and both matter in a game. The gun is completely symmetrical, so there is no wrong shoulder and no control to relearn left-handed. And the 260mm inner barrel sits inside a body no longer than a stockless SMG, which is an unusual combination.
CYMA have fitted an integrated red dot on top rather than leaving you a bare rail, so it is ready to aim with out of the box. Inside is a Version 6 gearbox — the P90-specific shell — with a quick-change spring, 13:1 CNC short-stroke gears and 8mm ball bearings, driven by a short-type high-torque motor.

Good to know
P90 magazines are specific to the platform and sit flat along the top of the body, feeding through a 90-degree turn. They are not interchangeable with anything else, so spares have to be P90 pattern.
The red dot is integrated into the top of the gun rather than mounted on a rail. That makes it ready to use immediately, but it is not a sight you swap out for something else.
Frequently asked questions
What is a bullpup, in practice? The gearbox and magazine sit behind the grip instead of in front of it, which is how a 260mm barrel fits inside a body this short.
Is it left-hand friendly? Yes. The P90 layout is fully symmetrical, so nothing needs changing to run it on either shoulder.
Does it need an optic? No. A red dot is built into the top of the gun.
What magazines does it take? P90-pattern magazines. Two 70-round mid-caps with imitation cartridges are supplied.
