Rated NRR 25 and SNR 31, with six microphones and an AI chip deciding what to let through. The top of Earmor's in-ear range, and the most capable piece of hearing protection we stock.

An AI sound-processing chip sits between the outside world and your ear canal, and it makes a judgement rather than applying a fixed rule. Pyrotechnics, grenade simulators and real-steel muzzle blast above 82 dB are pulled down in under a millisecond. Footsteps, radio traffic and movement through undergrowth are pushed up. Both happen at once, which is what separates this from a simple limiter.

The microphone count is six, split by job. Four omnidirectional pickups handle 360-degree environmental listening with head-related transfer function processing — HRTF is the modelling that lets a stereo system convince you a sound came from behind you, and applied here it means the environment keeps its geometry instead of collapsing into flat noise. A separate pair handles ENC call noise reduction, isolating your voice and stripping wind and background out of phone calls.

Battery life is published by mode rather than as one optimistic number: 24 hours in tactical use with Bluetooth off, 10 hours playing music with environmental listening off, and 8 hours balanced with both running.

Bluetooth 6.0 handles the link, IPX5 covers rain and sweat, and the charging case uses a magazine-inspired design with a locking latch and metal spring retention. The Earmor app adds firmware updates over the air, EQ, a dB meter and left/right balance.

Frequently asked questions

What does the AI chip actually change? It separates threat noise from information rather than treating both as volume. A fixed limiter ducks everything when a bang arrives; this clamps the bang and leaves the callout over the top of it audible.

Do I need to buy extra eartips? Probably not. The box ships memory foam and silicone tips in small, medium and large — six pairs in total — along with windproof covers, a 20 newton breakaway retention lanyard and a USB-C cable.

Why the bright colours? Dropped earbuds in woodland are effectively gone. Assault Orange and Tracer Green exist for that reason, and Purple and Yellow for the same.

Do they work under a mask and helmet? Yes — nothing protrudes past the ear, so full-face masks, helmet rails and night vision mounts are all clear.

Electronic suppression depends on the battery. Flat buds are not quiet buds; they are open ear canals with foam in them. Charge before a pyro-heavy game rather than during it.
💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: If you already run a comms headset and want in-ear as a second option, take the bright colourway for the spare set — it is the one you will drop. The range is in ear protection.
