G&G GPM1911 CP GBB Pistol — Rainbow Edition

The GPM1911 CP is G&G's competition-specification 1911 platform — a modernised 2011-style take on the classic 1911 format with a lightened slide featuring finger-groove serrations, venting ports, and windage/elevation adjustable iron sights. The CP adds a Picatinny under-barrel rail and an ambidextrous thumb safety, making it equally suitable for left and right-handed use.

The Rainbow Edition applies a full iridescent hardware finish across the slide and frame — a precision Cera-coating process that produces the characteristic colour-shifting rainbow effect as light hits the surface from different angles. The finish is not paint or anodising but a ceramic surface treatment applied to the metal components, giving it durability alongside the visual effect. It is immediately distinctive on the holster or in display, and unmistakable in the staging area.

Internally, the CP Rainbow runs G&G's patented Ceramic Whirl Cylinder valve — a ceramic valve system that manages the gas dosage from magazine to chamber with significantly less frost buildup than standard brass valve designs. At UK temperatures where green gas performance typically degrades, the ceramic valve maintains more consistent cycling. The 30-round magazine is higher capacity than most 1911-format GBBs and is compatible with other G&G GPM1911 magazines.
