G&G GPM1911 D-Day Limited Version GBB Pistol

The M1911 was the standard sidearm of United States forces during the Second World War, including the soldiers who landed on the beaches of Normandy on D-Day. The G&G GPM1911 D-Day Limited Version commemorates those operations with a special gold and silver finish applied across the slide and grip, ornate engraved detailing on both sides of the slide, and presentation in a hardwood commemorative case with soft interior, purpose-cut recesses for the pistol and seven dummy rounds.

It is both a fully functional GBB pistol and a collector's piece. The 1911's internal platform is unchanged from the standard GPM1911 — Whirl Cylinder Technology for reduced frost buildup, adjustable hop-up, full metal construction, gas blowback action with heavy slide recoil — but the external finish and presentation elevate it well beyond standard production. A piece with this finish and case sits as comfortably on a shelf as it does in a holster.

The D-Day edition is a limited production run. Units are not manufactured continuously — once the allocation is gone, the edition is finished.
