⚙️ GATE CNC Reinforced Gear Set — three ratios for three build objectives. All CNC steel, pre-shimmed. Choose your ratio at checkout.

All three GATE gear sets are CNC reinforced steel, pre-shimmed to GATE specification (reducing the most time-consuming step in a gearbox rebuild). Three ratios cover the main build goals — select based on what you want from your AEG:

Specification Detail
13:1 High Speed Maximum RPS for a given motor and battery. 30–45 RPS typical. Best for: CQB, speedsoft, high-RPS builds. Increases gearbox stress — requires a motor capable of handling the higher load.
13:1 SSG Short Stroke Short Stroke Gear — reduces piston travel for higher RPS at reduced mechanical stress vs standard 13:1. High RPS while extending component longevity at extreme cyclic rates. Best for: semi-lock and sustained high-RPS builds.
18:1 Standard Most broadly applicable ratio — balanced between ROF and torque. 20–30 RPS on 7.4V, 30–40 RPS on 11.1V. Predictable across motor and battery combinations. Best for: general purpose, spring upgrades, reliability-focused builds.
