GATE PTX HPA Pistol — RMR Optic Mounting Plate

The GATE PTX RMR Optic Mounting Plate is the accessory that completes the PTX as a competition-grade sidearm. Without it, the PTX fires with iron sights — which, given the platform's sub-millimetre optical trigger sensitivity, Bluetooth FCU configurability, and 50 BBs-per-second feed rate, is underselling what the pistol can do. With an RMR-footprint red dot mounted, the PTX becomes the most technically specified HPA sidearm available — consistent HPA pressure, binary trigger, adjustable ROF, and a dot for fast target acquisition all in a single compact platform.

The plate itself is machined from 7075-T6 aluminium — the T6 temper designation indicates a specific heat treatment process that brings the alloy to maximum strength, making it harder and more fatigue-resistant than standard 7075. CNC machined to the tolerances required for the RMR footprint, which has become the de facto standard for quality pistol optic mounting across both real-steel and airsoft platforms. The black anodised finish matches the PTX's visual language and provides corrosion resistance and surface hardness.

The RMR footprint is compatible with a wide range of red dot and reflex sights including Trijicon RMR, Holosun 507/508 series, Vortex Venom, Shield RMS-compatible footprint optics, and many others. The plate features multiple screw holes to ensure secure mounting across the range of compatible optics. The optic is not included — the plate is the mounting interface between the PTX and your chosen sight.
