The TITAN V2 was the unit that established GATE's reputation, and the Blu-Set is the complete version of it: Expert firmware for the full programming suite, with the Blu-Link wireless adapter included so you can configure it from the GCS app rather than through a wired connection.
Expert firmware is where the TITAN earns its price. Manual cycle selection, the full pre-cocking options, detailed ROF control and the diagnostics that tell you what is actually wrong when something misbehaves - all of it configurable rather than fixed.
The optical trigger sensor gives the fine sensitivity control the TITAN line is known for, and the optical sector gear sensor counts each tooth so the gearbox always completes a full cycle - including with DSG, SSG and 19-tooth gear sets.
Buying the set is the sensible route if you want app control, since the Blu-Link on its own is a meaningful additional cost.

Good to know before you buy
The set includes the Blu-Link, which is what gives you app control - worth having, since bought separately it adds substantially to the cost. This is the TITAN V2 rather than the newer TITAN II Bluetooth, which has Bluetooth built in and adds the dual gear sensor and multifunctional port.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between this and the TITAN II Bluetooth?
The TITAN II has Bluetooth 5.2 built in, dual gear sensors that detect rotation direction, and a multifunctional port for accessories. The TITAN V2 is the previous flagship and needs the Blu-Link for app control - which is included here.
What does the Blu-Link do?
It adds wireless connectivity so the unit can be configured from the GCS app on a phone or computer, rather than through a wired connection.
What does Expert firmware give me?
Manual cycle selection, the full pre-cocking options, detailed ROF control and proper diagnostics. Basic firmware covers the fundamentals; Expert makes them configurable.
Will it run DSG gears?
Yes - the optical sector gear sensor counts each tooth, so DSG, SSG, 19-tooth and standard gear sets are all supported.
