Hop chamber O-rings are tiny, fiddly, and easy to damage. Getting one in or out of a hop unit without scratching the inner barrel or tearing the rubber takes the right pick angle. A flat-blade screwdriver or a paper clip works in a pinch but neither does the job cleanly — and a damaged O-ring means a leaking hop unit that won't hold consistent BB flight. The four pick heads in this kit (straight, 90°, O-ring hook, round) cover the angles that actually come up: hooking the O-ring out, sliding a new one into place, freeing trapped debris, and checking the seating without poking through it.
The handle is anodised aluminium alloy machined to the silhouette of a 7.62 NATO round — purely cosmetic, but it does sit naturally in the hand at the kind of angle a hop pick needs. Laser-engraved Gun Power Tool brand mark at the base. The clear-lid storage case keeps the four picks separated so you can see which is which before opening it — handy when you're mid-job and don't want to fumble through an opaque pouch.
Made in Taiwan. Overall length around 14cm with a pick installed; weight roughly 115g including the case. A small kit by spec, but the kind of small kit that turns a frustrating O-ring job into a five-minute task.
