⚖ ~95g — the shortest and lightest Heretic Labs barrel. 12g lighter than the 8” and ~63mm shorter. For builds where minimising overall length and weight is the priority. Same construction and 14mm CCW muzzle thread as the 8”. CNC aluminium stabiliser included.

The 5.5” Heretic Labs carbon barrel is the choice when you need the smallest possible footprint without giving up the genuine carbon fibre construction. It’s 63mm shorter than the 8” version, 12g lighter, and produces a platform profile closer to a pistol-calibre carbine than a standard M4 — fast to manoeuvre in confined spaces, low resistance when moving around cover, and a genuinely compact overall length even with a suppressor fitted.

The construction is identical to the longer versions: CNC aluminium inner core for rigidity, genuine carbon fibre wrap for weight reduction, black weave finish, 14mm CCW muzzle thread for standard accessories, and the CNC aluminium barrel stabiliser for correct MTW upper alignment. There is no performance compromise vs the longer barrels — outer barrel length does not affect accuracy or FPS on HPA platforms in the same way it does on spring-powered guns.
