Hi-Capa and Novritsch SSP shooters who own a primary rifle running M4 magazines often find themselves managing two parallel mag inventories — pistol gas mags for the sidearm, M4 mids for the rifle. KAD's Hi-Capa / SSP M4 HPA adapter ends that — it replaces the gas mag with an M4-compatible adapter running off your HPA line, so one magazine pool feeds everything.

Two configurations: Adapter Only is for technically-minded users who want to fit their own donor mag, and Fully Assembled comes pre-built and ready to drop into the gun. The fully assembled option uses a TM-spec mag as the donor for the cleanest fit; if you want to use a different brand, contact us before ordering.

Why the SSP responds well to HPA

Novritsch's SSP series shares its core mag and gas system architecture with the broader Hi-Capa family, which means it inherits both the platform's strengths and its weakness — temperature-dependent cycling. HPA conversion eliminates the cold-weather inconsistency entirely, and the SSP's longer barrel and tuned hopup make it particularly receptive to consistent pressure delivery.
