Kross Airsoft Design HK45 TDC Outer Barrel Kit V2

If you missed the original run of KAD's HK45 TDC outer barrel kits, V2 is your second chance — and it's a sharpened-up version of the original at that. The kit replaces the stock outer barrel with a threaded assembly that takes 14mm CCW suppressor mounting, opening up the HK45's silencer-friendly aesthetic without compromising the gas system.

TDC stands for Top Dead Centre — a barrel-positioning approach that locks the inner barrel concentrically inside the outer for shot-to-shot consistency. On a TM HK45 with V2 fitted, you'll typically see tighter groupings at 25–40m compared to the stock arrangement, particularly when paired with a quality inner barrel and bucking.

What changed for V2

KAD revised tolerances around the slide rail interface — V2 fits straight from the box on properly-spec'd TM slides. Thread chamfering is also cleaner, so suppressor mounting feels positive without the hairline cross-thread risk.
