The KAD MK23 magazine extension, one of Kross’s flagship parts. Sixty rounds — over twice the original capacity — without carrying more magazines.

The MK23 shoots beautifully and runs dry quickly. The honest fix is not more magazines on your rig, it is a magazine that holds more, and this extension takes the standard mag to sixty rounds.

Kross moved the gas fill valve to the rear of the extension. That is worth more than it sounds: it is quicker to reach when you are refilling, and it does not clog with mud when you have spent the round crawling.

Six options cover gas and air, and cover how much of the work you want to do. Adapter only in either gas or HPA, ready-built with a magazine in either, or send in a magazine you already trust and have it converted.

⚠ ASG magazines made after 2021 will not align. Kross state the extension will not line up on ASG magazines manufactured after 2021. Older ASG magazines and TM magazines are fine.

Frequently asked questions

Gas or HPA? Whichever the gun runs. They are different parts, so pick before you order rather than after.

Will it fit my ASG magazine? Only if it was made before 2021. Kross are specific about that date.

Why does the rear fill valve matter? Because a bottom-mounted valve is the part that fills with mud when you go prone, and the part you have to invert the magazine to reach.

Can I send in a magazine I already own? Yes — that is one of the six options, in both gas and HPA.
