Novritsch SSG10 A2 Sniper Rifle - Long

The SSG10 is Novritsch's best-selling sniper and a benchmark for out-of-the-box performance, and the A2 is the upgraded, full-metal version. Where the A1 keeps things light, the A2 adds a more robust metal build and Novritsch's renowned CNC-machined steel trigger box, the part that gives the SSG10 its crisp, consistent release and makes it so capable at higher power.

This is the Long configuration, with the longer barrel and outer assembly that suit reaching out across open ground. It runs a 430mm 6.01mm inner barrel and feeds from a 28-round magazine, with a smooth bolt and an excellent air seal that let it shoot tight, repeatable groups straight from the box.

Crucially it's built on the VSR-10 platform, so it shares the largest aftermarket in airsoft. The SSG10 will happily take springs up to M220 (around 5 joules) for players with the joule allowance, so it can be set gently for a CQB site or built into a serious long-range rig — always within your site's limit.

At roughly 2.9kg it has a reassuringly solid feel for a marksman role, and Novritsch's parts and support make it easy to live with and upgrade over time. It's a sniper you can grow into rather than out of.

What's on the outside

It has a full-metal receiver and outer barrel, an adjustable hop-up and a 20mm optics rail above a 14mm CCW threaded muzzle. The right-handed bolt and full stock suit a scope-and-bipod setup.

Set it to your site's joule limit before play and pair it with heavier 0.40g+ BBs for the best range. The CNC steel trigger box is the standout reason to choose the A2 over the A1.
