The Battle Visor is built around full upper-face coverage in a single curved lens, secured with an adjustable wide-band elastic strap that sits comfortably under any FAST or PASGT-style helmet. The wraparound design eliminates the temple gap that glasses-style eyewear leaves vulnerable to ricochets from sharp angles — a real concern in CQB where BBs deflect off cover and come in from the side.
The impact-resistant polycarbonate lens is EN166-rated, the relevant UK standard for skirmish eye protection. Anti-scratch coating handles the inevitable scuffs from face-plant moments and rough stowage in plate carrier pouches. The TR90 polymer frame is flexible enough to absorb impact without cracking, light enough not to fatigue across a full game day.
Frame/lens combinations are matched to common UK skirmish use cases. Clear lenses for low-light CQB, indoor sites and overcast woodland. Yellow lenses lift contrast in low-light or transitional lighting (dawn, dusk, leaf cover). Smoked lenses for bright outdoor work where sun glare matters. Frame colours run Black for tactical builds, Tan and Green for milsim, Camo for full-blend, Grey as a neutral fit-all option.
If you wear prescription glasses, look at the Battle Visor RX (separate listing) which adds a removable prescription-insert frame behind the main lens. If you've ever fought a fogged-up lens in winter games, look at the Battle Visor THERMAL (separate listing) with its dual-pane anti-fog construction.
