The Sentry is to the Vanguard range what the Nomad is to the Pioneer range — the configurable model where you choose the length. The handguard uses an M-LOK-style mounting pattern (oval cutouts rather than KeyMod teardrops), which is the dominant attachment standard on modern AR-pattern rifles and gives access to a wider range of third-party rail sections, hand-stops and accessories.

Each length suits a different play style. The 7" version is built for indoor CQB and tight site work — short enough to swing fast through doorways without losing the Vortex ETU's fire-mode flexibility. The 10" sits in the middle as the all-purpose option that handles both indoor and outdoor play. The 13" is the field-leaning build — more reach, longer inner barrel, better suited to outdoor sight lines.

All three lengths run identical internals: reinforced V2 gearbox, 18:1 steel gears, 8mm bearings, M90 quick-change spring, rotary hop with 50° rubber, Vortex programmable ETU, and Deans wiring. The Vortex's burst and binary modes work the same regardless of length — what you're choosing here is form factor and inner barrel.
