Nuprol Essential Rifle Case Replacement Foam

Every pick and pluck interior has a finite number of layouts in it. Pull the cubes for a full-length rifle today and you cannot go back to a compact build tomorrow — the foam remembers. A replacement sheet set is the cheap reset button, and it costs a small fraction of buying another case.

These sheets are cut specifically for the Nuprol Essential rifle case, in high-density polyurethane that resists compression and takes an impact without tearing. Because they are the OEM part they sit flush in the shell, rather than leaving the gaps you get from trimming a generic sheet.

The Essential range is Nuprol's value line — slide latches, IP65 sealing and 6mm padlock eyelets — and it is the case most players start with. Keeping a spare foam set on the shelf means a change of rifle never costs you a case.

Foam only, not a case. Essential foam will not fit a Premium case — the two ranges are different shells. Match the size to your case before ordering.

Will this fit my Premium case?
No. Premium and Essential are separate case ranges with different internal dimensions and their own foam sets. Check the note below to identify which you own.

Is wave foam available for the Essential range?
The Essential replacement sheets we stock are pick and pluck. If you need wave foam for an Essential case, ask us and we will check availability with Nuprol.

What size do I need?
Match it to your case, not your rifle — Medium, Large or X-Large as printed on the case or shown on its listing.

Does it include lid foam?
