Odin M12 Sidewinder — 1,600 rounds on board and a crank that fills a mid-cap in seconds. Four colours, with the sound-dampening buffer already fitted.

The argument for mid-caps is realism and feed reliability. The argument against them is the filling: tipping BBs from a bottle into a narrow magazine lip is slow, fiddly, and scatters half of them across the safe zone floor. The Sidewinder removes that objection entirely.

Seat a magazine, turn the crank, and twelve BBs go in per rotation. The reservoir holds 1,600 rounds — around twelve mid-caps before it needs topping up — and the whole unit is sized to drop into a standard double-stack M4 or M16 magazine pouch, so it rides on your rig rather than living in a bag at the safe zone.

Two details separate it from cheaper cranks. An integrated winding clutch slips rather than forcing rounds into a magazine that is already full, which is what saves your feed lips over a season. And a dot matrix panel on the body lets you scratch on an owner mark or a BB weight, so six identical loaders in a team bag stay identifiable.

Being purely mechanical, it has no battery to go flat halfway through a game. An electric loader is faster and counts as it goes; this is the one that always works, and plenty of players carry both.

⛔ Using PTS EPM-1 magazines? The clutch must be adjusted before loading them, or you risk damaging the loader's gears — and that damage may not be covered under warranty. Good to know

All four colours are the same loader; only the shell colour changes. The sound-dampening buffer is fitted from the factory across the range, so there is nothing to add on arrival.
