Battery space is the quiet reason to change a stock. Plenty of slim stocks look better than they work, because the compartment behind the butt pad will only swallow a small pack, and a small pack on a gun with a heavy spring sags before lunch. The EPS is built the other way round: the storage came first and the shape followed it.
Zytel is the material worth noting. It is a glass-reinforced nylon rather than a plain moulding, which is why a stock can be this light and still take being dropped on a hard floor with the gun’s whole weight behind it. The butt pad is rubberised, so the gun stays where you put it against a plate carrier instead of walking off your shoulder.
Both sides carry integrated QD sling mounts, which matters more than it sounds: it means you can set the gun up for either shoulder, or run a two-point sling without buying an adapter plate. It fits any standard mil-spec buffer tube, so length of pull adjusts on the tube rather than on the stock.

Good to know before you buy
Check your buffer tube before ordering. It is cut for mil-spec, and a commercial-diameter tube is slightly larger, so the two are not interchangeable.
Measure the battery you intend to run rather than assuming. The compartment is generous for the class, but a large stick pack is still a large stick pack.
The two finishes are the same stock. Dark Earth is the one to take if the rest of the rifle is tan or FDE.
Frequently asked questions
Mil-spec or commercial — how do I tell?
Measure the outside diameter of the buffer tube. Mil-spec is the narrower of the two and is what most AEGs use. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the tube and the gun.
What size battery will it take?
It is sized for an AEG pack rather than a token one, which is the point of the design. Measure yours against the compartment if you are running something unusually large.
Can I use the QD mounts on either side?
Yes, both sides have them, so a left-handed shooter or a two-point sling is no trouble.
Does it change the length of pull?
Adjustment happens on the buffer tube, as with any AEG stock. The stock itself slides on the tube in the usual way.
